This 4th edition themed Breaking Barriers, Amplifying Voices will bring together Deaf and hearing artists, dancers, filmmakers, and performers from across Africa for a week of learning, collaboration, and powerful stage performances.

Hosted by Seams Deaf-Pro Foundation, the festival continues to champion inclusion, talent, and the limitless potential of Deaf creatives. Because when art speaks — the world listens.
